We offer a range of programs to help practitioners at all levels progress along the path. These programs establish the basis for a strong practice, then systematically help strengthen and deepen that practice.

MEDITATION & SPIRITUALITY

Grounded in ancient wisdom practices, our programs explore life topics from forming positive habits to releasing painful emotions, understanding basic goodness to being a stronger and more compassionate partner.

YOGA & MOVEMENT

Through yoga, qigong, and other movement practices, our programs explore the ways in which physical and emotional health are inextricably intertwined, and the means of advancing both in our daily lives.

Nestled deep in the Catskill Mountains, the Dharmakaya Center for Wellbeing is a world apart. We were founded on the fundamental premise that physical and emotional wellbeing are equally essential, and that each serves the other. Our programs address both, with a core curriculum designed for spiritual growth, and a range of teachings and retreats designed to expand participants’ wellbeing. These fall under the broad categories: Buddhist Studies, Meditation & Spirituality, Yoga & Movement, Health & Nutrition, and Art & Culture.
