When something is an integral part of our lives, it is always better to have a clear, deep understanding of it. In this program Rinpoche addresses the essence of karma, which we create regardless of whether or not we understand what we are doing. We will explore key questions, such as:

  • What is karma?
  • How do we create karma at every instant of our lives?
  • How do karma and moral responsibility interact?
  • How does karma effect creation and the creator?

In addition, this program will include mediation and mindful movement. We will conclude with tea and cookies.

OPEN TO ALL: There are no prerequisites for this program; it is appropriate for beginner and intermediate meditators and those simply interested in exploring the teaching.

PRICE: $55
