There's no question: Anger can cause problems, even when it is entirely justified (and we know, your anger is almost always justified). But what if it could be useful instead? This talk will explore some ways to harness mindfulness to delve into the heart of anger and use it to your benefit—as well as offer some tips on how to better manage your emotions.

$35, includes teaching, guided meditation and mindful movement. Tea and cookies afterwards.
